  • An outdoor postpartum specific class for all fitness levels, all stages of postpartum, and all aged kiddos. Please look at our class descriptions for more information!

  • Classes are weather permitting

  • Classes are drop-in, no commitment necessary!

  • Purchase a package below and use from May-Oct

  • To register:

  • Purchase a single class option on zen planner to give this class a try!

  • Purchase a 6 class package & book in for whichever classes you like!

    Package expires at the end of season in October.

  • Purchase a 10 Class Package and reserve for any class you like!

  • Book a 1-1 with Coach Melissa prior to attending group classes if you are newly postpartum or dealing with specific postpartum related issues. Please email for availability

Stroller-fit runs outdoors annually May-Oct 31.

With an emphasis on core and pelvic floor rehabilitation, postpartum recovery and return to movement is possible.
